What this site is
An educational website about mental health, published by Dr. Muktesh Daund and Dr. Anita Daund, psychiatrists practising at NIMS Multispecialty Hospital, Nashik.
It is free to read. There is nothing to buy and nothing to sign up for.
No doctor-patient relationship
Reading this site does not make you our patient and does not create any clinical or professional relationship between us.
That relationship begins at a consultation and nowhere else. We cannot advise on your situation through this website, and we do not give clinical advice by email or on social media. If you write to us about a personal medical situation, we will tell you to book a consultation — not out of unhelpfulness, but because advising on a case we have not assessed would be unsafe and improper.
Use the information at your own discretion
We take real care with accuracy; the editorial policy sets out how. But medicine changes, guidelines are revised, and a page can be out of date on the day you read it.
Decisions about your health are yours, ideally made with a doctor who knows your case. We cannot accept liability for decisions taken on the basis of general educational material, which is the only thing published here.
